     9、变废为宝 黄金氰化尾渣无害化处置与综合利用技术
氰化尾渣是金精矿经氰化作业压滤后排放的危险废弃物,尾渣中含有氰根和重金属等有害成分,部分尾渣中还含硫、铁、金、银、铜、铅、锌等多种有价组分。该类危险废弃物长期堆存,不仅占用土地,污染环境,而且浪费了资源。部分黄金企业排放的氰化尾渣中铁含量较高,铁品位高达25%以上,且主要以赤(褐)铁矿的物相形式存在,具有较高的回收价值。朝阳东大矿冶研究院针对高铁氰化尾渣矿物组分复杂、毒害组分含量高的特点,成功开发了高铁氰化尾渣预热破氰解毒-蓄热还原新技术,不仅实现了尾渣中氰化物分解解毒,还将弱磁性赤铁矿还原为强磁性磁铁矿,经磨矿-磁选实现高铁氰化尾渣无害化高效利用。针对不同种类的黄金氰化尾渣无害化处置及高效利用技术,研究院目前与中国黄金集团有限公司、云南黄金矿业集团有限公司等企业已启动相关研究及工程化应用工作。
     9.Turning waste into treasure 
The detoxification treatment and comprehensive utilization technology of the gold cyanidation residues
    Cyanidation residue is a hazardous waste from the pressurized filtration in the cyanidation process of the gold concentrate. It contains many harmful components including the cyanide ions, heavy metal and etc. On the other hand, some of the tailings also contain various valuable resources such as sulfur, iron, gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc etc. In the long run, the heaps of the hazardous waste not only take up land and contaminate the environment, but only squander those valuable resources contained. The cyanidation residues discharged by some gold businesses contain relatively high iron content with Fe grades over 25%. The iron contents mainly exist in the form of hematite or limonite with high value of recovery. Chaoyang NEU Minerals and Metallurgy Institute (CNMMI) has successfully developed the preheating – detoxification – heat storage – reduction technology, which conquers the complexity and toxicity of the high-iron-content cyanidation residues. The new technology realizes the decomposition and detoxification of the cyanides as well as reduces the weakly magnetic hematite content into strongly magnetic magnetite. The reduction enables the effective utilization of the high-iron-content residue through a grinding – magnetization process. To date, CNMMI has initiated the collaborative project on relevant research and industrial application with the companies of China National Gold Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Gold Mining Group Co., Ltd. and so on, aiming at the detoxification and effective utilization of different types of gold cyanidation residues.
