017-2019年,朝阳东大矿冶研究院成功开发难选铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧、含铁锰矿无尾选矿、石煤钒矿破晶焙烧、陶瓷介质搅拌磨机等多项工业化新技术与装备.

     2017-2019年,朝阳东大矿冶研究院成功开发难选铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧、含铁锰矿无尾选矿、石煤钒矿破晶焙烧、陶瓷介质搅拌磨机等多项工业化新技术与装备,完成酒钢集团、山钢集团、海南矿业、新疆有色、赞比亚含铁锰矿及阿尔及利亚铁矿等企业委托的国内外准工业试验20余项;获批国家重点研发项目1项,国家自然科学基金重点项目1项;获批难采选铁矿资源高效开发利用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心、辽宁省高等学校大学生校外实践基地;研发团队荣获2019年国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,研发团队入选辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”高水平创新创业团队和东北大学首批重点建设团队,获得2019年辽宁创新创业大赛初创组一等奖1项。

     During the period from 2017 to 2019, Chaoyang NEU Minerals and Metallurgy Institute (CNMMI) has developed lots of novel industrial technology and equipment including the suspension magnetization roasting of refractory iron ore,  tailless beneficiation of ferromanganese ore, crystal-breaking roasting of vanadium-bearing stone coal, vertical mill with ceramic medium,  etc. CNMMI has successfully completed more than 20 pilot-scale tests designated by the enterprises of JISCO Group, Shandong Iron & Steel Group Company, Hainan Mining Company, Xinjiang nonferrous metals, Zambia ferro-manganese ore, Algerian iron ore enterprises, and so on. The R&D team has gained a number of major achievements: awarded National key R&D project and National Natural Science Foundation key project, approved as the national and local joint Engineering Research Center of high-efficiency development and utilization technology of refractory iron ore resources, approved as the Liaoning Province off-campus practical training base for college students, won the second prize of “National Science and Technology Progress Award” in 2019, selected as the high-class innovative team and entrepreneur in the "talented revitalization plan" of Liaoning Province, selected as one of the first-batch key construction teams of Northeast University, and achieved the first prize of the start-up division in Liaoning innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2019.

    5、服务“一带一路” 阿尔及利亚鲕状赤铁矿石提铁降磷技术
    阿尔及利亚Gara高磷鲕状赤铁矿石,磷含量0.6%左右,嵌布粒度极细,铁主要以赤铁矿、磷以磷灰石或胶磷矿等形式存在,伴生杂质铝及硅较高,属于难选铁矿资源。朝阳东大矿冶研究院针对该矿开展了系统的悬浮磁化焙烧和分选试验研究,形成了Gara高磷鲕状赤铁矿石悬浮磁化焙烧-磁选-浸出脱磷新技术,获得精矿铁品位63.89%、铁回收率93.86%、磷含量0.19%的技术指标,研究成果为Gara铁矿石悬浮磁化焙烧工程化建设奠定了坚实基础。

    5.Service “The Belt and Road”   Technology of improving iron grade and reducing phosphorus impurities of Algeria oolitic hematite ore
    The Gara high-phosphorus oolitic hematite in Algeria contains about 0.6% of phosphorus, with very fine disseminated grain size. Most of the iron exists in the form of hematite, while the phosphorus is found in apatite, collophanite, etc. The associated aluminum and silicon impurities are relatively high. It is a typical refractory iron ore resource. CNMMI carried out a systematic test study on the suspension magnetization roasting – magnetic separation technology for the mine. Accordingly, the new process of suspension magnetization roasting – magnetic separation – leaching dephosphorization has been developed. The technical indices of concentrate iron grade 63.89%, iron recovery 93.86%, and phosphorus content 0.19% were achieved.  The research achievement lays a solid foundation for the future industrialization of suspension magnetization roasting of Gara iron ore.

       6、绿色提钒 新疆有色石煤钒矿破晶焙烧高效利用技术

      我国石煤钒资源丰富,钒的赋存状态复杂,现有石煤提钒技术工艺流程复杂、环境污染严重、运行成本高。近年来,朝阳东大矿冶研究院针对石煤钒矿的特性及开发利用过程中存在的问题,充分利用石煤钒矿具有燃烧热值的优势,研发了新型氧化破晶焙烧强化浸出新技术。该技术无需添加钠盐,具有运行成本低、适应性强、绿色环保等优势。2019年完成了新疆有色集团平台山石煤钒矿破晶焙烧-浸出半工业试验研究,研发成功了石煤钒矿的破晶焙烧-拌酸熟化-浸出和破晶焙烧-直接浸出两种新技术,分别获得了V2O5浸出率83.92%和78.37%的优异指标。

     6.Clean vanadium extraction  
    Crystal structure-breaking roasting technology for the high-efficient utilization of vanadium-bearing stone coal of Xinjiang Nonferrous
    China has abundant vanadium-bearing stone coal resource with vanadium in very complex occurrence states. The existing vanadium extraction technology from stone coal brings great process complexity, serious environment pollution as well as high operation cost. To fully take the advantage of the combustion heat value of vanadium-bearing stone coal, CNMMI has recently developed a new technology of crystal structure - breaking oxidization roasting – enhanced leaching. The new technology requires no sodium salt addition and possesses the advantages of low operating capital, strong adaptability, being green and etc. In 2019, the semi-industrial  test on the crystal structure-breaking roasting-leaching technology was performed for the Pingtai Mountain vanadium-bearing stone coal of Xinjiang Nonferrous Metals Group. Two potential technical processes have been put forward and successfully developed: crystal structure-breaking roasting-acid curing-leaching, and crystal structure-breaking roasting-direct leaching. The technical index of 83.92% V2O5 leaching rate was obtained by the crystal structure-breaking roasting-acid curing-leaching process, while 78.37% by the crystal structure-breaking roasting-direct leaching technique.
