       2017-2019年,朝阳东大矿冶研究院成功开发难选铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧、含铁锰矿无尾选矿、石煤钒矿破晶焙烧、陶瓷介质搅拌磨机等多项工业化新技术与装备,完成酒钢集团、山钢集团、海南矿业、新疆有色、赞比亚含铁锰矿及阿尔及利亚铁矿等企业委托的国内外准工业试验20余项;获批国家重点研发项目1项,国家自然科学基金重点项目1项;获批难采选铁矿资源高效开发利用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心、辽宁省高等学校大学生校外实践基地;研发团队荣获2019年国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,研发团队入选辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”高水平创新创业团队和东北大学首批重点建设团队,获得2019年辽宁创新创业大赛初创组一等奖1项。
  
       During the period from 2017 to 2019, Chaoyang NEU Minerals and Metallurgy Institute (CNMMI) has developed lots of novel industrial technology and equipment including the suspension magnetization roasting of refractory iron ore,  tailless beneficiation of ferromanganese ore, crystal-breaking roasting of vanadium-bearing stone coal, vertical mill with ceramic medium,  etc. CNMMI has successfully completed more than 20 scale-up tests designated by the enterprises of JISCO Group, Shandong Iron & Steel Group Company, Hainan Mining Company, Xin jiang nonferrous metals, Zambia ferro-manganese ore, Algerian iron ore enterprises, and so on. The R&D team has gained a number of major achievements: awarded National key R&D project and National Natural Science Foundation key project, approved as the national and local joint Engineering Research Center of high-efficiency development and utilization technology of refractory iron ore resources, approved as the Liaoning Province off-campus practical training base for college students, won the second prize of“National Science and Technology Progress Award”in 2019, selected as the high-class innovative team and entrepreneur in the "talented revitalization plan" of Liaoning Province, selected as one of the first-batch key construction teams of Northeast University, and achieved the first prize of the start-up division in Liaoning innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2019.

      3、清洁高效 海南矿业石碌铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧-磁选技术
海南矿业石碌铁矿主要有用矿物为赤(褐)铁矿,结晶粒度微细、矿物之间嵌镶关系复杂,属典型的复杂难选铁矿石。针对海南矿业石碌铁矿石,研发了预选脱硫-悬浮磁化焙烧-磁选技术,在原矿TFe品位40.60%的条件下,获得了铁精矿TFe品位65.68%、铁回收率85.56%的优异技术指标,较现有工艺铁精矿品位提高了3个百分点,铁回收率提高了20个百分点。目前已完成海南矿业石碌铁矿230万t/a悬浮磁化焙烧项目的可行性研究,项目排放废气粉尘浓度≤10mg/Nm³,各项指标均达国家环保要求。同时,本项目产生的铁尾矿活性大,是优质的水泥原料,可被水泥厂全部消化,进而实现海南矿业石碌铁矿资源的全组分利用,社会、环境效益显著,对全国的大型金属矿山也具有引领示范作用。

      3.Clean and Efficient    Suspension Magnetization Roasting—Magnetic separation Technology for Hainan Mining Shilu Iron Mine
    The main valuable mineral in Shilu iron ore is hematite / limonite. Shilu iron ore is a typical complex refractory iron ore with fine crystal size and complex embedding relationship between minerals.Accordingly,the process of pre-concentration desulfurization-suspension magnetization roasting-magnetic separation has been developed. For the raw ore with 40.60% iron grade,excellent technical indices were obtained with 65.68% of iron grade in the concentrate and 85.56% of total iron recovery. Compared with the existing process,3% increase of iron grade in the concentrate and 20% improvement in the recovery rate were achieved. By now, the feasibility study of the suspension magnetization roasting project for Hainan Mining with a capacity of 2.3 million t/a of Shilu iron ore has been completed. The dust concentration of the waste gas was lower than 10 mg/Nm3, and all the indices met the national environmental protection requirements. Meanwhile, the tailings produced were highly active. They are the high-quality raw materials for making cement, which therefore can be fully utilized by cement industry. This, in turn, realizes the full utilization of Shilu iron ore resources, which shows remarkable social and environmental benefits. It also plays a leading and exemplary role in the large-scale metal mines nationwide.

       4、挺进非洲 山钢塞拉利昂难选铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧-磁选技术

山钢塞拉利昂唐克里里铁矿是世界上储量最大的铁矿床之一,探明储量137亿吨。但该矿矿物组成复杂、硅铝杂质含量高,采用传统选矿工艺难以获得良好的技术指标。朝阳东大矿冶研究院针对唐克里里铁矿开展了系统的预富集-悬浮磁化焙烧-分选试验研究,在预富集精矿TFe品位53.65%的条件下,获得了精矿TFe品位67.47%、作业回收率97.05%的技术指标,完成了唐克里里铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧项目可行性研究工作,并通过了中国冶金矿山企业协会组织的专家评审会,与会专家一致认为,“悬浮磁化焙烧新型选矿工艺装备先进可靠,技术经济指标可行。”
    
     4.Advancing to Africa    Suspension magnetization roasting-magnetic separation technology for Sierra Leone refractory iron ore
    The Sierra Leone Tonkolili iron mine is one of the biggest iron deposits in the world with a proved reserve of 13.7 billion tons. However, the mineral composition of the Tonkolili ore is complex with high silicon and aluminum impurity contents, which deteriorates the technical indices of the conventional mineral processing technology. CNMMI carried out the systematic test study on the suspension magnetization roasting–magnetic separation technology for Tonkolili iron ore. The study indicates that with the suspension magnetization roasting-magnetic separation technology, the iron grade of the concentrate climbed from 53.65% to 67.47%, and the recovery rate reached 97.05%. The CNMMI team has fully completed the feasibility study, and successfully passed the expert panel review by Metallurgical Mines Association of China (MMAC). All experts commended the new equipment of suspension magnetization roasting beneficiation process for its advance and reliability. They confirmed the feasibility of achieving satisfied technical and economic indices with this new technology and equipment.
